1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Service will continue until the end of the current billing period

2. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Full refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, refunds are prorated for unused months
  • Partial months are not refunded
  • Any promotional or discount amounts will be deducted from the refund

3. Enterprise Plans

For enterprise and custom plans:

  • Custom implementation fees are generally non-refundable
