Refund Policy

For monthly subscription plans:

• Cancellations can be made at any time
• Refunds are prorated based on unused time in the billing period
• Service will continue until the end of the current billing period

For annual subscription plans:

• Full refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase
• After 30 days, refunds are prorated for unused months
• Partial months are not refunded
• Any promotional or discount amounts will be deducted from the refund

For enterprise and custom plans:

• Refund terms are specified in the individual service agreement
• Please contact your account manager for specific details
• Custom implementation fees are generally non-refundable

To request a refund:

Email support@querydb.ai with your refund request.

• Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup or implementation fees
• Custom development work
• Usage fees for API calls already made
• Transaction fees

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Factors we consider include:

• Technical issues on our end
• Service unavailability
• Exceptional circumstances
